Joey, I don't have too many more details quite yet but I wanted to give you guys an update anyway. What I can tell you right now is that it was not an end-user issue (that means it's nothing related to a change you might have made to your CSE) but it was specific to certain search engines.
I'll update this thread again once we have a global fix, and I'll give you as many details as I can.
